The 12′ × 16′ Americana SmartSide building by Robin Buildings is a durable, professionally constructed storage solution designed for long-term performance and clean curb appeal. With 7′ side walls, it provides practical interior height for shelving, equipment storage, and general-purpose use.

Heavy Duty “Residential Grade” Steel is the same thickness as residential roof steel.

R*LAP is coated twice: once with Zincalume ® coating for rust protection and then with a quality paint for long-lasting colors. R*LAP siding comes with a 25 year rust thru warranty and a 10 year warranty against paint cracking, chipping or peeling.

Met with Kevin today and ordered a new Gazebo from him. He was very personable and detailed when going through all the options. He went over what to expect as far as preparation and delivery. Would definitely recommend Probuilt. They are the only Gazebo builders that meet Florida hurricane standards. Look forward to delivery and enjoying our new Gazebo!

Probuilt Structures/Robin Sheds of Lecanto delivered a positive experience in every way, from my initial phone contact with Isabella to the moment Demetre drove away with an empty trailer. Our friends had these nice folks build them a large metal garage a couple of years ago and they were impressed how fast they handled everything from the permit to the cement pad to the final building.
