Refunds & Returns Policy – Robin Sheds
Robin Sheds (Probuilt Structures) sells custom and semi-custom structures that are built to order and delivered to your location. Because of the nature of these products, we have the following policy:
Returns
We do not accept returns on structures once they have been delivered and installed at your property.
All sales are final after delivery.
Cancellations
Stock Units (Inventory at our Locations) – You may cancel your order at any time before delivery without penalty.
Custom Ordered Units (Structure ordered from the manufacturer for the customer) – You may cancel your order at any time before delivery, and will be subject to a 10% restocking charge on any canceled custom ordered structure. This is calculated on the price prior to discounts .
To cancel, please call 352-527-3500 and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
Any refunds applicable will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for cancellations made before delivery or when the order cannot be fulfilled due to the company.
Refunds will be processed via check within 10 business days.
