ROBIN BUILDERS, INC. LIMITED WARRANTY
Robin Builders, Inc. provides the following warranty for their prefabricated buildings sold through authorized Robin dealers. The warranty, valid for the original purchaser at the original delivery address, comprises several key points:
Guarantee of Excellences
All Robin buildings are engineered from top quality materials chosen for strength and durability. Each building is protected against termites, vermin, rain, and moisture.
Only Robin can offer this amazing warranty.
This warranty from Robin Builders, Inc. covers materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. Additionally:
1. Treated wooden parts are warranted for 20 years against termite or fungal decay damage, given they’re installed correctly and not in direct ground contact. Within the first year, the company will repair or replace structurally unsound parts at no cost. From year two to twenty, the original purchaser can get new treated parts but without labor, freight, or damage due to natural wood characteristics covered. Read PDF for details.
2. Galvalume steel roofing and painted steel R*Lap siding are covered for 20 years against rupture, structural failure, or perforation due to normal corrosion. Within the first year, Robin Builders will repair or replace defective roofing at no charge. From year two to twenty, replacements are available for defective roofing panels, but without labor, freight, or damage caused by contact with certain chemicals covered. Read PDF for details.
3. The warranty benefits the original purchaser and applies to the identified product by serial number. It doesn’t cover intentional damage, misuse, excessive loading, improper installation, weathering, natural disasters, vandalism, exposure to corrosive chemicals, or other events beyond the control of Robin Builders. 4. The original owner must register the warranty within 30 days of installation for it to be valid, sending the completed coupon to Robin Builders, Inc. Read PDF for details.

WARRANTY
- R*LAP is coated twice: once with Zincalume ® coating for rust protection and then with quality paint for long-lasting colors. R*LAP siding comes with a 25 year rust thru warranty and a 10 year warranty against paint cracking, chipping or peeling.
- R*LAP offers a longer life and less maintenance than wood.

Limited Warranty
The LP SmartSide Prorated Limited Warranty offers comprehensive coverage across various potential damage scenarios, ensuring your peace of mind regarding the product’s durability. The warranty safeguards against fungal decay and termite damage through specialized treatments involving waxes, resins, and zinc borate. Additionally, it provides protection against hail, resisting damage from hailstones of up to 1.75 inches in diameter. Moreover, the warranty ensures the substrate’s resilience, preventing issues such as buckling, cracking, peeling, chipping, and other forms of deterioration.

Limited Warranty
Weyerhaeuser Diamond™ floor panels (Diamond floor panels) are warranted by
Weyerhaeuser NR Company (Weyerhaeuser) against delamination for the lifetime of
the home when properly installed as single-layer flooring.
Diamond floor panels are warranted by Weyerhaeuser for a period of 500 days from
the purchase date to not require edge sanding due to edge swell.
This limited warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth below.
Conditions of Warranty
This warranty is only applicable to United States and Canadian customers and for U.S.
and Canadian usage.
This warranty applies only if Diamond floor panels were used, stored, handled,
installed, and maintained in strict conformance with Weyerhaeuser’s applicable
published Product Information and instructions, and installed in accordance with
the APA Design/Construction Guidelines applicable at the time of construction, in
conformance with all applicable building codes and industry standards.
Definition of Covered Conditions
“Delamination” is defined as an extensive separation of strands within a panel.
Minor localized edge checking or loose strands on the surface of the panel do not
constitute delamination.
“Edge swell“ is defined as swelling caused by water absorption during the construction
phase of the project.
Huber Engineered Woods AdvanTech Flooring & Sheathing Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty
Subject to the exclusions detailed below, HEW warrants
to the Builder or Contractor that its AdvanTech flooring and sheathing
panels will not delaminate nor require sanding due to moisture
absorption during installation, provided installation is within 300 days
of purchase and the AdvanTech ® product has been properly used,
stored, handled, installed and maintained.3
The AdvanTech flooring and sheathing panels are guaranteed to the
Building Owner to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 50
years from the date of manufacture. This limited warranty is transferable
to succeeding Building Owners for a period of 50 years from the date
of manufacture of the AdvanTech flooring and/or sheathing panels.
This warranty is only applicable to United States and Canadian customers
and for U.S. and Canadian usage. Claims under the warranty will only be
honored if: (1) HEW is notified in writing within 30 days of discovery of
the condition covered by the warranty, and (2) HEW is given a reasonable
opportunity to evaluate the problem and inspect the warranted product
prior to any alteration, change or repair.
This warranty applies to AdvanTech flooring and sheathing panels
manufactured on or after January 1, 2008.
FOR THE CONSUMER:
Peace of mind. The AdvanTech flooring and sheathing panels are guaranteed 2 to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 50
years from the date of manufacture.
